PURCHASING TICKETS
Q: Where can I buy tickets?
A: We sell our tickets online at the Tickets page and at the door prior to each performance. Tickets are usually available starting one month prior to performances.
Q: Will I receive a physical ticket in the mail?
A: NO. You will receive a confirmation email. You can bring the confirmation email (or just the confirmation number) to the Box Office, or simply give your name to the Box Office when you arrive. Your order will be on our list.
Q: Why am I having trouble buying my tickets online??
A: Before contacting us, see if these suggestions help:
Q: I didn't get a confirmation email, but my account was charged. Did my order go through?
A: If you didn't receive a confirmation email, two things may have happened:
SHOW SEATING
Q: When do I pick my seat?
A: The ticket reserves a spot in the audience for you, but seat locations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis when the house opens half an hour prior to the start of the show. If you have special seating requirements (such as handicapped seating), please email us in advance at [email protected].
Q: When should I arrive?
A: The house opens half an hour prior to the performance time. Plan to arrive early to choose your seats. Tickets that are not claimed at 10 minutes prior could be forfeited to other potential audience members.
Q: If I do not use my ticket, can I get a refund?
A: If you do not use your purchased ticket(s) at a show, we CANNOT issue you a refund because your ticket represents a seat that someone else could have used.
Q: I bought tickets to the wrong performance. Can I switch my tickets to another performance?
A: WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE TICKET CHANGES. If you purchase incorrect tickets, you need to take the following steps:

Q: How did the SHEEP Musical Theatre program get started?
A: The Stauffer family has always enjoyed theatre. Many of the ideas for how we run our program came from experiences we've enjoyed, such Summerville's DREAM Show Choir run by Mrs. Lucia Dantzler and the fantastic Missoula Traveling Children's Theatre program. Inspired by those programs, we designed our own... one uniquely fitted to the homeschool community where we live!
Q: How do I sign my child up?
A: Participation in SHEEP Musical Theatre is arranged through Summerville Home Educators Enrichment Programs (S.H.E.E.P.). The classes are contracted through SHEEP and prospective students must sign up through SHEEP's website. Classes open for registration in late March/early April each year. The classes usually fill up very quickly, but there is a wait list. If interested, shoot us an email and we can put you on our early-contact list/wait list, depending on what time of year we hear from you.
Q: Can I help?
A: Our program prospers because wonderful people offer their skills to make the shows better. If you have special skills that you don't mind sharing, let us know! You never know whether we need what you have to offer!

- Make sure your internet connection is strong
- Try another card
- Try another browser (for example: if you are using Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome)
Q: I didn't get a confirmation email, but my account was charged. Did my order go through?
A: If you didn't receive a confirmation email, two things may have happened:
- Your order did NOT go through, and we did not receive your money. Your account may have been pre-charged; if the charges don't disappear from your account, check with your bank.
- You accidentally typed your email incorrectly, so your order went through - but your confirmation email did not. If you suspect this is the cast, contact us and we will check to see if your order went through.

- Purchase your new tickets for the correct performance.
- See if someone else wants to use your old tickets. Try posting on the SHEEP or LCHEA loops, or on the FB event page. They can pay you for your tickets and you can give them your confirmation number.
- As a LAST resort, you can contact us so we can refund you for your old tickets when you arrive at the Box Office. This is only an option once you have completed the first two steps.
